Our group Strength & Conditioning Classes bring together a community of women who are ready to train hard, support each other, and grow stronger together.
Each class is designed for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to lifting or ready to take things up a notch. You’ll learn proper lifting mechanics, train safely under the guidance of experienced coaches, and build confidence with every session.
Through a mix of strength work, conditioning, and HIIT-style training, these classes will challenge you to burn fat, build muscle, and improve endurance.

Strength in Motion

Strength in Motion is a full-body strength class focused on building stability and control through intentional movement.
Using resistance training, controlled tempo, and effective exercises, this class is designed to develop real strength while reinforcing strong movement patterns.
Expect challenging, well-structured sequences that help you move with purpose, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in your body.

Improve your aerobic capacity and develop a strong core with this fun and challenging group class!
Led by DDKT Fitness & Wellness founder, Kate Georgiadis, this one-hour class will have you sweating and working hard–but don't worry, you'll walk out with killer abs!
