What is the DDKT Method?

The DDKT Method was born from my personal journey — as a former athlete, a woman who struggled with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and burnout, and someone who spent years chasing fitness trends that never worked.

I created this method to be the opposite of that: rooted in science, built for real women, and focused on strength, not shrinkage. Everything we teach and coach at DDKT comes from this foundation.

That’s how the DDKT Method was born—through lived experience, years of education, and a desire to build what I wish I had when I needed it most. It is created to serve the whole woman — physically, emotionally, and systemically.

DDKT represents a deeper approach to coaching and connection, rooted in science, grounded in lived experience, and personalized to each client.
