Her lifelong dedication to movement, performance, and education laid the foundation for everything she teaches today.

Her approach goes far beyond workouts: it’s about helping women feel stronger, more capable, and more connected—to their bodies, their goals, and each other.
After years of coaching in top gyms and private studios, Kate launched her own company in 2021 with a clear mission: to give women the kind of training, support, and education she wishes she had when she started. Today, she leads a team of expert coaches and has helped hundreds of women build muscle, confidence, and long-term health through personalized training, powerful group classes, nutritional coaching, and her women-led running club.
Kate is also a sought-after speaker and educator, often invited to speak on college campuses, wellness panels, and community events. She consults on inclusive, evidence-based training program development for universities and organizations, bringing her unique blend of science, lived experience, and empathy to every project.
At the heart of everything she does are her values: Empowerment, Education, and Community.
