THE DDKT TEAM
Meet Kate
Founder | MS, MA, CSPS
Kate Georgiadis is the Founder and Director of Education at DDKT. Her work centers on building a science-driven approach to strength and reflects a deep dedication to elevating how women train, learn, and lead within the fitness industry.
Kate holds dual Master’s degrees in Exercise Science, specializing in Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance, along with a Master’s in Special Education and Psychology. Her academic background informs the DDKT Method, an integrated framework that applies biomechanics, physiology, and behavioral science to help women build measurable strength, improve body composition, and support long-term health and resilience.
As a former professional indoor and beach volleyball athlete, Kate brings high-performance experience into every environment she leads. Since founding DDKT in 2021, she has developed coach education systems, structured assessment models, and multidisciplinary programming that thoughtfully integrate strength training, nutrition, recovery, and community-based wellness.
In addition to leading DDKT, Kate speaks on women’s strength development, performance psychology, youth training, and metabolic health. She collaborates with schools and organizations to design structured, inclusive training environments that prioritize both performance and lifelong health.
At the core of her work is the belief that women deserve better education, structure, and high standards in their training. When women understand their bodies and train with intention, strength becomes sustainable, and the results extend far beyond the gym.
Whether you're walking through the doors for your first session or hitting a new PR, Kate and her team are here to walk beside you—lifting, listening, and cheering every step of the way.
